Tasting notes: This wine is elaborated with Tempranillo grapes, which have been hand harvested in optimum conditions, and elaborated in our winery, close to the famous windmills of the book “Don Quixote de La Mancha”. Well-balanced, full-flavored and with clean fruity finish.
Recommended serving temperature: It should be served at around 14ºC.
Food pairings: chicken, duck, Italian pasta, pizza, fried rice.
