Tasting notes: From selected terroirs, hand-picked on the 4th week of august, Cherry color with purple borders. Limpid and bright. The nose is dominated by a very ripe and juicy red fruit. A light, smooth, tasty wine, with a marked fruitiness, but very fresh and lively. Well-structured and balanced. Round ending.
Recommended serving temperature: It should be served at around 14ºC.
Food pairings: chicken, duck, Italian pasta, pizza, fried rice.
